I wanted to share this information about some of the plans that I have tried and others. Dietitians and health and wellness experts reviews this very restrictive weight loss diet that’s been around for many decades. It also was presented to me in the military as part of what they called the Military Diet Plan. Alot of times soldiers or clients need to make weight in order to be able to keep their job or reinlist. And others wanted because of sports or competitions.

I am going to share a bit of this plan and you can try it if you want. Some have lost 10-19 pounds in one week. This is not set in stone and at your own risk. Results vary. I suggest you get a checkup with your provider before attempting anything like this. To include if you have any unlying medical issues. You might need to adjust or change some things. Also many have asked if they should still exercise hard core with this. I would suggest that not so much exercise while doing this and just light exercises like my own energy medicine exercises or light cardio. I am going to provide you a recipe that you will be eating with your plan and what I did infact I lost 12 pounds in one week. Now if you want to lose 40 pounds in a month or if you are trying to lose weight while being over 50 then I would take a look at my book. The Fall soup recipe is an ultra-restrictive seven-day diet that has been around for ages but I have created my own.

The actual origin of the diet is unknown but some guess it dates to the 1950s. Over the years, the diet has undergone many name changes.

Does the Fall Off Weight Soup Diet Work for Losing Weight? And How?

Even though the diet plan is only for one week, almost anyone who tries it will lose some weight. The reason is simple: You will be basically starving yourself or fasting. The calories for the diet are close to less than 1,000 per day, which is way below what is recommended for an average person to consume daily, even when attempting weight loss.

Some individuals have claimed upwards of a 10-19 pound weight loss for the week, though much of the weight loss is from water weight. But the extra fiber has also help belly fat. The reason why is because of the other things you have to do as part of the plan

And any weight loss achieved will most likely be regained once the week is over and any type of normal eating is resumed.

If you’re a fan of soup, there’s no reason not to include it as part of a weight loss program. In general, eating more soup as part of a balanced diet may be beneficial for weight loss due to its high fiber and nutrient density, while also being lower in calories.

There is not just soup recipe you will be using but also an Elixor. This will also cleanse your liver. If you have belly fat for any reason your liver maybe fatty. The elixor along with the fiber will clean that out so you will also release it and see inches off your waist and a flatter tummy.

Here is my recipe for the soup: Always set your intention when cooking and make sure you are in a positive mind set and put that energy into the soup while you are preparing it and cooking it on the stove. I suggest a new pot or a pot that is your favorite to cook with and large enough to hold all ingredients. Including a lid that allows steam. Here is what I used. Now since stated they seemed to have SOLD OUT so not sure if you can get the ones I use. They type I used is high quality and I also use an expensive sought out cookware called Fire King to bake. Based on my research my cookware is obselite and rare in fact I have still in box never been used as a collection this is the closet I could find that you should use.

So Now for the recipe of my Fall Off Weight Soup

You will eat this soup for 7 -10 days and as much as you want. Just remember it is temporary so make sure you adopt a healthy eating regiment. I suggest a week before doing a liquid detox with fasting and praying. If you get hungry drink water or eat this soup.

RECIPE:

8 cups of chicken or bone broth

1 yellow onion

3 cloves of garlic

A head of cabbage cut in chunks

3 carrots diced

3 stalks of celery

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

1/2 teaspoon of oregano

1/2 teaspoon of thyme

1/2 teaspoon of basil

1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

28 ounces of tomatoes or red peppers if you don’t like tomatoes

2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

Instructions: add all ingredients into pot and fill with water to cook on stove top for 20 minutes bring to boil. You can also add bell peppers or spinach you decide.

Once complete store is a safe lid type container label it diet soup and store in refrigerator and this way you can store it. For 7-10 days you will be eating this soup for lunch and dinner.
