Can you eat the seeds? Yes there is nothing wrong or harmful in eating the seeds if some who don’t like that feeling just scrape them out

Can you eat them Raw? Of course you can eat them raw add them to a veggie tray which makes it colorful and healthy with a dip.  Or cook them up in a stir fry.
