Unplug and Unwind with a digital detox…

With most of us working from home these days, its becoming a bit more difficult to take a break from our screens. We have become overwelmed with all the amazing technolical tools today to use YES? Yet we don’t realize how it can put a physical strain on us. Not to include the mental capacity of the stress it puts on us with the demands to keep up.

Don’t worry cause there are ways to get a release from this. Taking time away from the screen and using these guidelines can help.

1- SET REALISTIC GOALS.

Start to think of your phone or Ipad as a cupcake or dessert. We know that if we overindulge then we became a bit off our our health goals. Like being tired and overweight. Well think of these items as such. As such setting yourself up for a binge. Right down what you will do when you start your week with goals down on paper.

2- READ A MAGAZINE OR BOOK IN PRINT.

In has been studied by Havard University that the light emitted from screens before bedtime disrupts our circadian rhythm and melatonin production, resulting in poorer sleep. Instead of using your smartphone as your alarm, leave it in another room. After all, you can’t check Facebook on an old-fashioned alarm clock. Plus our eyes are not worked in a way like reading from something we hold in our hands. The touch to sight can put a bigger connection then something you just swipe left or right or up or down.

3- HAVE AN EXPERIENCE BUT DON’T POST IT ONLINE.

Before social media, we enjoyed things without worrying that all of our friends and family needed to know about them. Now I know it helps with getting feedback and we need some recommendations which are fine. But how about talking about it with your cat or dog. Create a space for yourself to allow you to release these emotions without the whole world knowing about it.

4- Music and Subliminals.

Another great way to help you while you are doing your techological tasks like checking emails or blogging. Is listening to music that uplists you or helps rebalance your energy patterns. We tend to not realize that these technological items can intercept our energy balance cause as you may or maynot know we are created by light and energy. Our bodies we host for our daily lives need to come to balance. Detox your mind and body for healing.

5- SPEND TIME WITH LOVED ONES

I know today we have this social distancing and it is imperative that we do this and we seem to prefer to like or comment on their social media, But if you practice social distancing you can still take the time to visit them and enjoy some one on one facetime.

6. SEEK SPIRITUAL HOLISTIC THERAPY OR A LIFE COACH

Self Growth comes from taking that step to change or reprogram what areas you are wanting to improve. One great way is to get a spiritual consultation or seek to get tested in your vibration or find out more about yourself with reports like Astrolab, Natal Charts or Frequency Score. This is a new age way to well being. Life coaches and healing arts therapists and coaches are the trendy in guiding you to elevating your spiritual self or manifesting.
